As a Technical Recruiter at Cafe Bazaar you will:
- Work closely with other recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
- Sourcing passive and active candidates from different channels as social networks, job boards, referrals or any other innovative channels.
- Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn, GitHub and alternative search techniques, briefly pre-screen them and source qualified candidates for open positions.
- Innovate new ways to increase open positions conversion rate.
- Manage candidate through the entire lifecycle of sourcing to offer process.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding the basics of agile development principles
- Deep technical knowledge of various Engineering & Product roles and a solid understanding of market/competitive trends
- Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for both short & long-term hiring needs
- Sound candidate engagement approach with ability to activate passive candidates
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate well
- Proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching key words on a resume
- Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
- Preferably 1+ years technical recruiting experience
